We seek a Quality Analyst / Management Representative at our Clear Lake (Houston 77058) office to support the NASA Mission Integration Contract (MIC) and to lead corporate quality management tasks. TYPICAL DUTIES: (1) Prepare MIC performance metrics & reports for on-time delivery. (2) Lead Quality Management System (QMS) activities (Management Review, internal & external audits). Maintain required documentation. Close QMS Action Items timely. (3) Serve as the QMS Management Representative. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards. (4) Monitor customer satisfaction. Maintain evaluations database & reports. (5) Develop metrics. Identify issues & trends. Plan & document corrective actions. (6) Support Sr. Mgt to sustain continuous process improvement (CPI) projects. Provide CPI awareness training to employees. (7) Change Strategy. Help re-align processes to meet business goals. REQUIREMENTS: (1) Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience. (2) QMS leadership experience (ISO9001:2008, AS9100). (3) NASA or NASA contract experience in a quality management role. (4) Change Management experience is desirable. (5) Metric-driven decision maker. Experience in graphical reporting. (6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications & multi-user databases.
